Welcome to Ayni Therapies ​

In my practice, I seek to meet you in your healing journey and offer what support I may to help restore ayni within your being, drawing from an array of tools including massage and bodywork, herbal applications, use of energy and breath, while listening and present with you as an agent of Love.  
Ayni is a Quechua word which translates to “right relationship”, “divine relationship”, harmony, or reciprocation.  I use this word because it dives to the core of what is health: the condition of a given system in which each component is in an optimal relationship with every other component.   Healtth is all about Right Relationship, the balance and harmony between all things.  
 
Therapy – from therapeuo, “to wait upon, as in a menial sense” – is the energy, time, and care invested into someone to help restore harmony back into their strained or unbalanced systems, resulting in an increase in their health and wellbeing. ​

A mix of relaxation and focused work, tailored to your unique needs

Relief

A focused, technical massage to address specific issues or conditions; may include orthopedic or neuromuscular work, trigger point release, myofascial work, and other tools as needed​

Craniosacral work​

A gentle, light touch modality that engages and helps balance a number of core body systems, lower stress levels, and may promote healing for chronic discomfort or old injury​

Hours of availability are generally between 10am and 9pm; with sufficient notice earlier and later times may be accommodated.  At present, online booking is restricted to weekday afternoons and weekends; if you need a session outside of those times, please reach out to me directly!  

Outcall Massage Sessions
Consider receiving a massage in the comfortable environment of your home.  I will set up a massage table in the location of your preference, complete with music, oils, and hot towels for your feet.  Contact me to coordinate a time and location for your outcall massage session.
